What is Tardyferon?

Tardyferon is one of the ferrous sulfate preparations. This medicine is mainly used to treat iron deficiency, such as anemia or pregnancy. In other words, Tardyferon is a medicine for anemia, which means that it is prescribed to treat iron deficiency anemia. Anemia is when there is one low amount of red blood cells; then the hemoglobin in the blood is less than 130 grams per liter (or g/l) for men, 120 g/l for women.
