Kinesiology tape – is an elastic, breathable, and water-resistant tape designed for relieving muscle pain, accelerating the healing process, and improving natural blood and lymph circulation. It was developed based on the elastic properties of human muscles and skin and is applied to various injuries and for reducing pain without restricting freedom of movement.
