Information on the possibility of returning goods
In accordance with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of June 11, 2001), the buyer has the right to return certain goods, but there are exceptions when goods cannot be returned.
Goods that cannot be returned:
Goods, the return of which is possible:
- Quality food products, including food supplements (Article 6.362, paragraph 4 of the Civil Code).
- Quality perfumery, cosmetics and toilet preparations (Government Resolution No. 697, paragraph 17).
- All other quality goods that have been:
- used, damaged or their packaging damaged;
- have lost their commercial appearance due to the actions of the buyer;
- are not fully complete (e.g. missing parts of the goods, instructions for use, warranty booklet, etc.).
- Other goods, the return of which the seller may refuse to accepts, in accordance with applicable law.
Goods, the return of which is possible:
Goods that are not included in the list of non-returnable goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of their purchase (Article 6.22810, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code).
Important conditions for return:
- The goods must be mechanically undamaged, unused, and in a condition of marketable appearance.
- The packaging must correspond to the standard sales packaging.
