Orthomol® Femin food supplement contains vitamins, isoflavones, lignans, essential fatty acids, coenzyme Q10 and trace elements.

Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormone activity. Biotin, selenium and zinc help maintain normal hair condition. Biotin and zinc help maintain normal skin condition. Selenium helps to maintain the normal condition of the nails.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Ingredients. Gelatin, fish oil, humectant glycerol, L-ascorbic acid, soy extract containing isoflavones, linseed oil, vegetable oils (sunflower and palm kernel (various proportions)), evening primrose oil, linseed extract containing lignans, zinc gluconate, DL -alpha-tocopheryl acetate, tocopherol mixtures, emulsifier lecithins, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, humectant sorbitol, coenzyme Q10, calcium D-pantothenate, maltodextrin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, palm fruit extract containing carotenoids, coloring iron oxides, lycopene-enriched tomato extract, lutein, dye titanium dioxide, dye carminic acid, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, sodium selenate, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.

Consumption. For adults, it is recommended to take 1 capsule 2 times a day, preferably in the morning and in the evening. Swallow the capsules without chewing, drinking a sufficient amount of water, preferably during a meal.

Warnings. Contains soy.

Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.

The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.

Store at a temperature no higher than 25 0C, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children.
