Net content: 726g (explanation: 30 daily doses, where one daily dose consists of a bottle containing 20 ml (23.4g) of liquid and 1 capsule (0.8g)).
Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, folate, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, calcium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to the maintenance of normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, magnesium, niacin, copper and iodine contribute to the maintenance of normal nervous system function. Vitamins C, E, B2, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese help protect cells from oxidative damage. Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.*

Consumption. Shake the bottle before use. It is recommended to take the contents of 1 bottle (20 ml of liquid) together with 1 capsule once a day during or after a meal.
Warnings. Contains iodine. If you have thyroid diseases, consult your doctor before using Orthomol® vital f. Contains easily digestible carbohydrates (about 10.4 g in 1 daily dose), therefore, metabolism control is necessary when using (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). Contains soy.
Does not contain gluten, lactose.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 0C, in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children.
