Thiamine contributes to the normal function of the heart. Magnesium supports normal muscle function. Vitamins B6, B12, and folates contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, pantothenic acid, niacin, biotin, magnesium, iodine, copper, and manganese contribute to normal energy metabolism.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Ingredients. Consumption. Dissolve the powder in 100–150 ml of still water or juice and take it with 1 tablet and 3 capsules once daily after or during a meal.
Warnings. Contains easily absorbable carbohydrates (approximately 12 g per daily dose); metabolic monitoring is recommended (due to possible glucose tolerance issues). Contains iodine (in a separate tablet). If you have thyroid disorders, consult your doctor before taking Orthomol® Cardio. Contains soy.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
