Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, folates, niacin, pantothenic acid, and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, calcium, iodine, manganese, and copper contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, magnesium, niacin, copper, and iodine contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamins C, E, B2, zinc, selenium, copper, and manganese help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth.

Directions for use. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (15 g powder) in 150 ml of water or juice and take once daily during or after a meal, together with the omega-3 capsule and iodine tablet.
Warnings. Contains easily absorbable carbohydrates; metabolic monitoring is necessary when taken (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). Contains iodine (in a separate tablet). If you have hyperthyroidism, consult your doctor before use.
Gluten-free and lactose-free.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
