In accordance with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11 June 2001), the buyer has the right to return certain goods; however, there are exceptions when goods cannot be returned.
Goods that cannot be returned:
Quality food products, including food supplements (Civil Code, Art. 6.362(4)).
Quality perfumery, cosmetics and toiletry products (Government Resolution No. 697, point 17).
Any other quality goods that have been:
used, damaged, or have damaged packaging;
deprived of their commercial appearance due to the buyer’s actions;
incomplete (e.g., missing parts, user manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
Other goods that the seller may refuse to accept for return in accordance with applicable legal acts.
Goods that may be returned:
Goods that are not included in the list of non-returnable items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (Civil Code, Art. 6.22810(1)).
Important return conditions:
Goods must be undamaged, unused, and with their commercial appearance preserved.
Packaging must correspond to the original standard sales packaging.
