1. Organiser
The competition is organised by UAB “FD group”, the operator of the bonum.lt online store.
2. How to participate
Complete the pop-up form displayed on the bonum.lt website and provide the requested contact details. Participation is free of charge.
3. Prize
Each month, one participant will receive one pack of Omnival Immun N30. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
4. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random once per month from all participants who have correctly completed the form. Each person may participate once per month.
5. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in the form. Information about the winner will be published on bonum.lt, stating only the winner’s first name and the first letter of their surname, unless the winner gives separate consent for additional information to be published.
6. Personal data
The submitted data will be used for administering the competition, selecting the winner and delivering the prize. More information is available in the bonum.lt Privacy Policy.
By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
