Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, to normal amino acid synthesis, and to normal blood formation. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamins D, B12, and folate have a role in the process of cell division. Vitamins C, B6, B12, D, folate, iron, zinc, selenium, and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels. Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Selenium contributes to the normal thyroid function.

Directions for use. Dissolve the granulate in 150–200 ml of still water or juice and take together with 3 capsules once a day before or during a meal.
Warnings. Contains easily absorbable carbohydrates (approximately 6.1 g per daily dose), therefore metabolism control is recommended in cases of glucose intolerance. Contains iodine. If you have thyroid disorders, consult your doctor before taking Orthomol® Natal. Contains soy. Orthomol® Natal may cause temporary urine or milk discoloration.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, and out of reach of children.
