Povidone-iodine 10% aqueous solution for wound care
Jodine-Povidone solution for the skin has almost no local irritating properties typical of alcohol-based iodine preparations, which makes it well tolerated when applied to the skin and wounds. During use, the iodine fades; the intensity of the brown color indicates the effectiveness of the preparation – when the brown color disappears, an additional application may be necessary. Povidone-iodine 10% aqueous solution is water-soluble and can be easily washed off.
Do not use Jodine-Povidone:
If you are hypersensitive to iodine or any of the excipients in Jodine-Povidone solution;
If you have hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) or other apparent thyroid disorders, as well as after treatment of hyperthyroidism with radioactive iodine, until full recovery.

Directions for use. Jodine-Povidone skin solution is intended for external use only. Designed for wound care. Apply to the affected area and allow to dry. Do not ingest.

Keep away from oxidizing substances.
Keep the bottle tightly closed.
Batch number and expiry date: see packaging.
Do not use Jodine-Povidone after the expiry date stated on the packaging. The solution may be used until the last day of the month indicated.
