Ingredients. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), Chebula fruit (Terminalia chebula Retz.), Indian gooseberry fruit (syn. Emblica officinalis Gaertn. Phyllanthus emblica L.), Belleric myrobalan fruit (Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb.), plant oils: fully hydrogenated palm oil (70%), fatty acid mono- and diglyceride stabilizer (30%), choline bitartrate.
Each capsule contains: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell) approx. 96 mg, choline bitartrate 54,45 mg, plant oil 20 mg, E460 19,60 mg, E551 0,95 mg.
In 1/2/4 capsules: 200/400/800 mg Chebula fruit (Terminalia chebula Retz.), 100/200/400 mg Indian gooseberry fruit (Phyllanthus emblica L.), 100/200/400 mg Belleric myrobalan fruit (Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb.).
Directions for use. Take 2-4 capsules per day. It is recommended to take 2 capsules after a meal and, if needed, 2 capsules before bedtime, with adequate water (preferably warm). Do not exceed the recommended dosage of 4 capsules per day.
