Ingredients. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), fruits of Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) Burtt & Hill, wood of Guaiacum coulteri, roots of Saussurea costus (Falc.) Lipschitz, seeds of Myristica fragrans Houtt., fruits of Terminalia chebula Retz, seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum L., flowers of Bombax ceiba L., buds of Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merril et L.M.Perry, roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra L., resin of Boswellia frereana Birdw., resin of Ferula assa-foetida L.

Capsule shell. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 96 mg (1 capsule). Active ingredients in 1/2/4 capsules: 60/120/240 mg Choerospondias axillaris fruits, 50/100/200 mg Guaiacum coulteri wood, 40/80/160 mg Saussurea costus roots, 40/80/160 mg Myristica fragrans seeds, 40/80/160 mg Terminalia chebula fruits, 35/70/140 mg Ferula assa-foetida resin, 30/60/120 mg Bombax ceiba flowers, 30/60/120 mg Syzygium aromaticum buds, 30/60/120 mg Glycyrrhiza glabra roots, 20/40/80 mg Boswellia frereana resin, 15/30/60 mg Trigonella foenum-graecum seeds.

Usage. Take 2-4 capsules daily. It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules in the morning before meals and 1-2 capsules in the evening after meals, with warm water.

Warnings. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the supplement. A varied and balanced diet, along with a healthy lifestyle, is important.
