Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage. Vitamins K, D, zinc, and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones.

Powder ingredients. Directions for use. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (15 g of powder) in 200–300 ml of still water or juice and take once daily during or after a meal. Also, take 2 capsules with a sufficient amount of water.
Warnings. Contains easily absorbable carbohydrates; therefore, metabolism control is recommended for individuals with glucose tolerance disorders. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
