The husks of whitish plantain seeds help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, normal intestinal activity and help prevent constipation. Calcium helps maintain the normal functioning of digestive enzymes.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Ingredients. Plantain (Plantago ovata) seed husks, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sugar, cocoa, coconut oil, resistant starch, antioxidant rosemary extracts.

10 g (2 tablespoons) contains (RMV*,%): 4,7 g dietary fiber, 560 mg (70%) calcium.

Consumption. For children over 12 years of age and adults, it is recommended to take 10 g (2 tablespoons) 1-2 times a day. When using this food supplement, it is recommended to drink 1-2 glasses (200-400 ml) of water. It can be consumed pure, mixed with water or other liquid, can be added to yogurt or porridge.

Warnings. Take at least 1 hour before or at least 2 hours after taking medications, as this supplement may interfere with the absorption of medications. Consuming dietary fiber can cause gastrointestinal discomfort. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the dose by half and then gradually increase it. The feeling of discomfort in the digestive tract disappears after a few days of regular use.
