The husks of whitish plantain seeds help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, normal intestinal activity and help prevent constipation. Calcium helps maintain the normal functioning of digestive enzymes.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Ingredients. Plantain (Plantago ovata) seed husks, sugar, coconut oil, barley malt extract, syrup, resistant starch, antioxidant rosemary extracts.

6 g (2 teaspoons) / 3 g (1 teaspoon) contains: 3,9 g / 1,95 g dietary fiber.

Consumption. For children over 12 years of age and adults, it is recommended to take 10 g (2 tablespoons) 1-3 times a day. For children 6 years and older, it is recommended to take 3 g (1 teaspoon) 1 time a day, mixed into porridge, yogurt or mixed with water / juice. When using this food supplement, it is recommended to drink a sufficient amount of water (200-400 ml). Can be used by pregnant women and nursing mothers. Can be used every day.

Warnings. Take at least 1 hour before or at least 2 hours after taking medications, as this supplement may interfere with the absorption of medications. Consuming dietary fiber can cause gastrointestinal discomfort. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the dose by half and then gradually increase it. The feeling of discomfort in the digestive tract disappears after a few days of regular use.
