Directions for use. Shake well before use. Dissolve the contents of one bottle (23.2 g) in 150 ml of water or juice and consume once daily during or after a meal, together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules.
Warnings. Contains easily absorbable carbohydrates; therefore, metabolic monitoring is required during use (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). Consult your doctor before using Orthomol® Vital M food supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
