Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, folates, niacin, pantothenic acid, and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, iodine, manganese, and copper help support normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, magnesium, niacin, copper, and iodine help support the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins C, E, B2, zinc, selenium, copper, and manganese help protect cells from oxidative stress.
DHA helps support normal brain function and helps maintain normal vision.*

Directions for use. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (15 g of powder) in 150–200 ml of still water or juice and consume once daily during or after a meal, together with 2 capsules and one tablet.
Warnings. Contains iodine. If you suffer from thyroid disorders, consult your doctor before using Orthomol® Vital M. Contains easily absorbable carbohydrates (approx. 12 g per daily dose); therefore, metabolic monitoring is required during use (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). Contains 165 µg of biotin; if laboratory tests are performed, inform medical personnel that you are taking Orthomol® Vital M, as this may affect test results. Contains soy.
Gluten-free. Lactose-free.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
