The compress can be used multiple times.
Cold compress use:
Place the compress in the freezer for 90–120 minutes to activate its cooling effect.
Insert it into a cloth pouch and apply to the affected area. Repeat as needed.
Never puncture the bag, as the contents (carboxymethyl cellulose and propylene glycol) may cause nausea or intestinal discomfort if ingested. In case of ingestion, seek medical advice or contact a poison control center.
Hot compress use:
Place the compress in boiling water for 7 minutes or heat it in a microwave oven for 1 minute at 650W. It will become a warm pack (effective heat source). Carefully remove, place it in a cloth pouch or wrap with fabric, and apply to the desired area. For external use only. Provides warmth for about 30 minutes.
Do not use if the bag is damaged.
