Recommended for lower back pain, stiff neck caused by drafts, rheumatism, hypothermia, and lumbago.

When the center of the pack (compress), marked with four arrows, is pressed, heat is released immediately (+50°C).

Convenient to use. Suitable for everyone.

To avoid skin burns, it is recommended to wrap the pack (compress) in a thin towel.

Directions for use. Using both hands, crush the water-filled bubble inside the package. Then shake vigorously to mix the internal contents. Apply the heating pack to the desired area and keep it in place until you feel warmth.

Warning. Do not use the pouch more than once. For external use only. Do not tear or puncture the pouch: the liquid inside (unhydrated magnesium and water) may stain and is hazardous if swallowed. If swallowed, seek medical attention or contact a poison control center immediately. Store at room temperature. Do not store near food. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Keep away from fire and heating devices.

Do not use on damaged skin. Before use in children, elderly persons, or individuals with diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, increased sensitivity, or Raynaud’s syndrome, consult a physician.
