Magnesium and calcium help maintain normal muscle function. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, and iodine help maintain normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B6 helps maintain normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin C helps maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily intake).
Iron helps maintain the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Directions for use. Shake the bottle before use. Take the contents of one bottle (20 ml of liquid) together with 1 capsule and 1 tablet once daily, during or after a meal. The supplement is recommended for use before or after physical activity.
Warnings. Contains easily absorbable carbohydrates (about 5,8 g per daily dose); therefore, metabolism control is necessary (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). Contains iodine. If you suffer from thyroid disease, consult your doctor before using Orthomol® Sport. Excessive consumption may cause diarrhea. Does not contain nandrolone.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, and out of the reach of children.
