Net content: 180 g (explanation: 30 daily servings, each daily serving consisting of 3 capsules (2 g)).
Vitamins A, B2, and zinc help maintain normal vision. Vitamins C, E, zinc, and selenium help protect cells from oxidative damage. Zinc helps maintain normal carbohydrate metabolism. Vitamin B1 helps maintain normal energy metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, and niacin help maintain normal nervous system function.
DHA helps maintain normal vision (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA).
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Ingredients. Fish oil, gelatin, L-ascorbic acid, humectant glycerol, vegetable oils (milk thistle, palm, sunflower, and olive in various proportions), zinc gluconate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, citrus fruit extract with bioflavonoids, emulsifier sucrose esters of fatty acids, calcium D-pantothenate, nicotinamide, grape extract, emulsifier lecithins, mixed tocopherols, tomato extract enriched with lycopene, elderberry fruit extract, lutein, zeaxanthin, colorant iron oxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, retinyl palmitate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, chromium (III) chloride, D-biotin, sodium selenate, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol.

Directions for use. Take 3 capsules daily with or after a meal, with sufficient liquid. The daily dose (3 capsules) may be taken at once or in divided portions.
Does not contain gluten or lactose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
