Ingredients. Directions for use. Mix the contents of one sachet daily with approximately 150–200 ml of still water and take during or after a meal.
Warnings. Use with caution in case of glucose tolerance disorders (6.9 g of carbohydrates per daily dose). Orthomol Osteo should not be used in cases of severe kidney dysfunction. Each daily dose of this product contains 1,170 mg of potassium. Consider this when using other potassium-containing products. The potassium citrate content corresponds to 30 mU per daily dose. Orthomol Osteo contains 200 µg of vitamin K per day, which may reduce the effectiveness of coumarin-type anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin). If you are taking any of these medications, consult your doctor before use.
Free from lactose and gluten.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
