The Orthomol® Femin food supplement contains vitamins, isoflavones, lignans, essential fatty acids, coenzyme Q10, and trace elements.
Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity. Biotin, selenium, and zinc help maintain normal hair. Biotin and zinc help maintain normal skin, while selenium helps maintain normal nails.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Ingredients. Gelatin, fish oil, humectant glycerol, L-ascorbic acid, soy extract containing isoflavones, linseed oil, vegetable oils (sunflower and palm kernel in varying proportions), evening primrose oil, flaxseed extract containing lignans, zinc gluconate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, mixed tocopherols, emulsifier lecithins, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, humectant sorbitol, coenzyme Q10, calcium D-pantothenate, maltodextrin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, palm fruit extract containing carotenoids, colorant iron oxides, tomato extract enriched with lycopene, lutein, colorant carminic acid, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, sodium selenate, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.
