The balanced formula is based on current nutritional science and tailored to the holistic needs of athletes, providing essential nutrients important for endurance before, during, and after physical activity.
*Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions help maintain endurance performance during prolonged exercise and improve water absorption during physical activity.
Alkaline minerals (electrolytes):
Magnesium and potassium help maintain normal muscle function. Calcium contributes to normal energy metabolism, and zinc supports normal acid-base metabolism.
Vitamins and trace elements:
Vitamin C and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system, while vitamin B2 and copper support normal energy metabolism.
**Carbohydrates:
They help restore normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense exercise leading to depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. A total of 4 g of carbohydrates per kilogram of body weight should be consumed within 4–6 hours after exercise.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Preparation. Dissolve 30 g (6 teaspoons) in 500 ml of water for one serving.
Recommended use. Take 2 to 4 servings daily. Drink before, during, or after exercise depending on the intensity and duration of activity.
