Consumption. It is recommended to dissolve the contents of the packet (15 g of powder) in 200-300 ml of non-carbonated water or juice, and use it once a day during or after a meal. Also take 2 capsules with a sufficient amount of water.

Warnings. The composition contains easily absorbed carbohydrates, so metabolic control is necessary when using it (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). The food supplement is not recommended for use by pregnant women, lactating women and children under 18 years of age.
