These tests for detecting COVID-19 and Influenza A/B antigens use colloidal gold immunochromatography. For COVID-19 testing, a COVID-19 monoclonal antibody (test line T) and a goat anti-mouse polyclonal antibody (control line C) are immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip.

It is simple and painless to use, and the results are available within 15-20 minutes after use.
