• Vitamin A, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), zinc and omega-3 fatty acid DHA help to maintain normal vision. A positive effect occurs with daily consumption of 250 mg of DHA.
• Vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and selenium help protect cells from oxidative damage. Zinc helps maintain normal carbohydrate metabolism.
• Vitamin B1 (thiamine) helps maintain normal energy metabolism.
• Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, biotin and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Consumption. It is recommended to take the contents of one daily dose package of the food supplement once a day during or after a meal, drinking a sufficient amount of liquid. The daily dose of the food supplement Orthomol® Vision can be consumed in several times or at once.
