a bottle containing 20 ml (23.8 g) of liquid; 1 capsule and 1 tablet (1.6 g)).

Magnesium and calcium contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, iodine contribute to the maintenance of normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of normal immune function during and after intense physical exertion (the positive effect is only achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg of vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily intake).

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of electrolyte balance.

Usage. Shake the bottle before use. It is recommended to take the contents of 1 bottle (20 ml of liquid) together with 1 capsule and 1 tablet once a day during or after a meal. It is recommended to take the food supplement before or after sports activities.

Warnings. Contains easily digestible carbohydrates (about 5.8 g in 1 daily dose), therefore, metabolism control is necessary when using it (due to possible glucose tolerance disorders). Contains iodine. If you have thyroid diseases, consult your doctor before using Orthomol® Sport. Consuming large amounts may cause diarrhea. Does not contain nandrolone.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
