Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 96 mg (1 capsule). Active ingredients 1/2/4 capsules contain: 60/120/240 mg of Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) Burtt & Hill fruit, 50/100/200 mg of Blue Guaiacum (Guaiacum coulters) wood, 40/80/160 mg fragrances- Saussurea costus (Falc.) Lipschitz roots, 40/80/160 mg fragrant nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) seeds, 40/80/160 mg hairy tops (Terminalia chebula Retz) fruits, 35/70 /140 mg of ferula (Ferula assa-foetida L.) resin, 30/60/120 mg of Bombax ceiba L. flowers, 30/60/120 mg of Syzygium aromaticum (L) Merril et L.M.Perry ) buds, 30/60/120 mg licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) roots, 20/40/80 mg African boswellia (Boswellia frereana Birdw.) resin, 15/30/60 mg medicinal fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L .) seeds

Consumption. Drink 2-4 capsules per day. It is recommended to drink 1-2 capsules in the morning before a meal and 1-2 capsules in the evening after a meal with warm water.
